Canary seed milk, slimming preparation

Canary seed milk has very high enzymatic properties, helps to cure cholesterol, cirrhosis, fluid retention, hypertension among others.

1- Five tablespoons of ALPISTE in water, and let it soak overnight.
2- Strain and pour the water, and the remaining seeds are liquefied with approximately 1 liter of cold water.
3- The milk that results from the smoothie is strained again in a bag or strainer so that not even a trace of seed remains and that’s it !!!
4- it is kept in the refrigerator.

It is advisable to drink a glass of  canary seed milk  on an empty stomach and at bedtime and if you want to have a glass between meals, even better if you want to  lose weight .

It prevents arteriosclerosis and helps with other diseases such as edema, gastritis and stomach ulcers.
